Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping times are estimates and are determined by the shipping carrier. Birdie June Bandanas is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size for their pet. Please measure your dog's neck before ordering and compare the measurement with our size guide.

Bandanas should fit comfortably and should never be tight around your dog's neck.

Never leave your dog unattended while wearing a bandana or other accessory. Birdie June Bandanas is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper sizing, use, or supervision.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade, our return and exchange policy may vary by product. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
